Nothing new appears in your car.
That is the whole proposition, and it is the opposite of how this is normally solved. The usual fixes either bolt something onto your dashboard or tear something out of it. Both leave evidence. Neither is what you wanted when you decided your car should be able to run Maps.
What does not get added
- No second screen
- Nothing suction-cupped to the windscreen and nothing perched on top of the dash. You already own a screen. It is in the right place, at the right angle, and the manufacturer spent a fortune putting it there.
- No visible wires
- No cable taped down the A-pillar, no USB lead looping across the centre console, nothing tucked under a mat. The module lives behind the dash and is never seen again.
- No cheap plastic
- No aftermarket bezel in not-quite-the-right black, no trim that flexes when you press it. Your interior is untouched, because we are not putting anything into it.
- No third-party hardware on show
- The only thing anyone sees is the screen your car was built with, doing more than it used to.
What does not stop working
- Your reverse camera
- Same screen, same trigger, same guide lines. We are not on that circuit at all.
- Your steering wheel buttons
- Volume, skip, voice, answer. They carry straight through to both platforms.
- Your factory radio
- 94.7 is where you left it. So is the Bluetooth, the USB, and the CD if you still have one.
- Your parking sensors
- Same graphics, same beeping, same circuit we never touched.
- Your 360 camera
- Where the car has it, it stays. Where a module cannot manage it, we tell you before you order rather than after.
- Your resale value
- No cut wires, no drilled holes, nothing aftermarket in the dash. Twenty minutes to remove and no evidence it was ever there.
The highest compliment this product gets, and we get it often, is that six months later the owner has forgotten it is fitted at all.

Make, model, year. If it is one of the fussy ones we will ask for your VIN, because two identical Fortuners can have different head units behind the dash.

We get it here
Ordered in your name, flown out, and cleared with the duty and VAT already paid by us. Usually 2 to 3 weeks, and you get a tracking number, not a shrug.

It goes in
Behind the screen, using the factory plugs. Under an hour for someone who has done one. Twenty minutes to undo, if you ever want to.
Not planning to do it yourself? Tell us your city and we will name someone near you who has fitted one before.
The ways this could go wrong, and who pays for them.
Every one of these answers is “we do”. It is a short section because there is not much to argue about.
- If it does not fit your car
- We pay the courier both ways and refund you in full. We check your VIN before we ship precisely so this does not happen, but the promise stands whether it was your typo or our mistake.
- If you change your mind
- Seven days from delivery, no reason required. That is your right under the ECT Act and we are not going to make you look it up.
- If it breaks in 2-year
- We send a courier, collect it, and send you another one. It does not go back overseas and you do not pay the freight.
- If the price turns out to be wrong
- Ours to absorb. Once you have paid, your number is fixed, including if clearing costs us more than we budgeted.
We also publish every car this does not work on, including the specific Corolla head unit that defeats it. Advertising your own failures is a strange way to run a shop, but it is the quickest way to prove the rest of the list is honest.
Factory direct, which is why the price works.
Your module comes from the factory that builds it, to your door, with your name on the import. No local distributor, no warehouse sitting on stock, no second margin stacked on the first. That structure is the reason a module costs what it costs here rather than what a distributor would have to charge for the same thing.
Your side of it is a name and an ID number at checkout. Ours is everything else: the freight, the declaration, the duty, the VAT, the clearing and the courier. All of it settled before the module gets on a plane, and all of it already inside the price you were quoted.
- What the price includes
- The module, the harness matched to your car, air freight, import duty, VAT and the courier to your door. One number, quoted before you pay it.
- What you do
- Give us your name and ID number at checkout. That is the whole of your involvement in the import.
- What we do
- Place the order with the factory, book the freight, lodge the declaration, pay the duty and the VAT, clear it, and put it in a courier van.
- What you pay on delivery
- Nothing. No cash on delivery, no release fee, and no invoice from a clearing agent the following week.
What people actually ask.
Will anyone be able to tell?
Not by looking. There is no extra screen, no wire running down the pillar and no aftermarket plastic in the dash. The only visible change is what appears on the screen your car already had.
Is my dealer going to notice?
There is nothing to notice. No cut wires, no drilled holes, no aftermarket unit in the dash. It plugs in between two factory connectors and comes out in twenty minutes. That said, no accessory shop can speak for your dealer, so if you would rather not have the conversation at all, unplug it before the service.
Does the reverse camera still work?
Yes, and this is the question we get most, so: we are not connected to the camera at all. Select reverse, your original camera appears on your original screen, exactly as it did this morning.
Wireless or plugged in?
Whichever you are in the mood for. It connects wirelessly on its own when you start the car, and there is a USB cable in the box for the days you want to charge at the same time.
My wife has an iPhone and I have a Galaxy.
Then you have bought the right thing. It remembers both and connects to whichever one got in the car. No settings menu, no arguing.
What if it does not fit?
We check it against your VIN before it ships, which is when mistakes are cheap. If one gets through anyway, we pay the courier both ways and refund you in full.
Why 2 to 3 weeks instead of tomorrow?
Because we order most of these in for you rather than sitting on 56 variants of stock, and sitting on them would add a couple of thousand rand to every price. Where we do have one on the shelf the product page says so and it leaves the next morning. Same 2-year warranty either way.
